On Sunday, February 22, 2015 of Lanham, MD. Beloved husband of the late Blanca L. Rios. Loving father of Eber O. (Dinorah) Rios, Douglas A. (Yenny) Rios and Yesenia N. (Jose) Ventura. Cherished grandfather of Eber, Douglas Jr., Stephanie, Blanca M., Bepherly, Alexa, Angel, Fransheska, and one great grandson Nicholas. Devoted brother of Santos Rios, Edelmira Mata and Delia Rios. He is also survived by many loving family and friends.
