Annabel McCloskey

On September 27, 2008 of Brentwod, MD. Beloved wife of 61 years to Edward J. McCloskey. She is also survived by her son, Eddie McCloskey; grandchildren, Chucky, Dawn, Whit, Kim, Nita, Billy and Laurie; 17 great grandchildren; and her cousin, Norma Gates. She was preceeded in death by her sons, Billy Davis and Joe McCloskey. Annabel joined the Mount Rainier Police Department in Mount Rainier, MD in 1958 as a police officer and, after 33 years, retired as a Lieutenant in 1991. Family and friends are invited to share in Annabel's Life Celebration on Thursday, October 2nd, 2008 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at GASCH'S FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville, MD 20781. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 3rd, 2008 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Fort Lincoln Cemetery in Brentwood, MD.
