Our awesome father, Antonio Lupo, passed away suddenly Monday, January 30th. We loved him so much. Such a special person. To be raised by an Italian immigrant was a blessing. He was very brave, determined, loyal and loving. He always put us first and was a great example to us. Dad loved his career in HVAC, dancing, gardening, making incredible meatballs, cooking his famous “Nonno Soup”, but he especially loved his family. Dad and his wife of over 40 years, Pat, loved throwing parties and did quite a bit of travelling once they were empty nesters. We were so blessed that our children had such a wonderful Grandpa Tony/Nonno.
He is preceded in death by his dear wife Patricia.
He is survived by: Three children Vincent Lupo (Pam) of Martinsburg, WV, Grace Brown (Tom) of Cumming, GA, and Marisa Kavka (Mike) of Columbia, MD; Two step children, Trisha Day (John) of Bowie, MD and Mike Humphrey of Hollywood, MD; Ten Grandchildren, Kristen Deyton, Nicolas Lupo, Diana Day, Jack Kavka, Caleb Brown, Melanie Kavka, Anna Brown, Steven Day, Cara Brown, and Michelle Kavka. Two great grandsons, Ezra Deyton and Ashton Lupo. Two brothers, Pietro Lupo, Joseph Lupo, a sister Nella Musio and several nieces and nephews.
We were all blessed to have been loved by Antonio Lupo. He was 89.
