Arthur Doyle

On Friday, April 20, 2007, Mr. Arthur Burton Doyle, affectionately known as Art, passed away at the age of 70. His beloved wife of 49 years, Mary C. Doyle, his children, Dennis (Anna), Diane (Scott) Miller, Kathy (Anthony) Piccirilli, Michael (Katy) and Thomas (Peggy) Doyle, 12 loving grandchildren and one loving great-grandchild survive. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 24, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 12010 Woodmore Road, Mitchellville, Maryland, where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 25, 2007. Interment Glenwood Cemetery, Washington, DC. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made in his name to Little Sisters of the Poor, 4200 Harewood Rd. NE, Washington, DC 20017 or Hospice of the Chesapeake, 8724 Jericho City Dr., Landover, MD 20785. The family is extremely grateful to all who provided support, friendship and love to Art as he dealt with his illness. In his time of need, your dedication and commitment to him was very uplifting.
