Loving husband of Francis Lewis Hillyard; dedicated father of Dorianne Hillyard Folstein and Kenneth B. Folstein; grandfather of Robert and Liza Folstein; Jason Folstein; Paul Folstein; and Kathryn and Bruce Claxton; and great-granddaughter Kiley Ann Beall; brother of Eugene and Doris Hillyard; special friend of Eva, Ron, and Joshua Stattel; and preceded in death by Sister Catherine Hillyard Toms; and loving friend and relative of many. Art retired from PEPCO. He was a WWII Veteran and served in the European Theater. Former member of the Cottage City Volunteer Fire Department and Colmar Manor American Legion.
