Bridget "Nanny" Ronan
March 1, 1930 — June 21, 2017
On Wednesday, June 21st, 2017, of Mt. Rainier, MD, formerly of County Mayo, Ireland, at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Martin Ronan. Loving mother of Peggy (Dave) Meyers, Tommy Ronan, and Kathy (Dennis) Chick. Grandmother of eight: Dennis Trainum, Tim Meyers, Sharon Layman, Brian Meyers, Chris Trainum, Matthew Chick, Amanda Townsend and Shannon Chick. Great Grandmother of seven: Taylor Trainum, Camryn Trainum, Marissa Meyers, Evan Meyers, Dylan Meyers, Sloane Layman and Olivia Meyers. Her sister, Mary Loftus of Ireland and her son-in-law, Lawrence, also survive her. Her daughter, Mary Trainum, preceded her in death. Friends may call at Gasch’s Funeral Home, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville, MD on Friday, June 23rd from 4 to 7pm where a service will be held on Saturday at 9am. Interment at Fort Lincoln Cemetery immediately following the service.
