Went home to be with the Lord early morning on November 30, 2015 of Beltsville, MD, formerly of Colmar Manor, MD. He was a wonderful, faithful, and kind husband of 11 years of Karon Joeckel. Father of Sharon (Taylor) Alexander, Ronald Joeckel, and the late Charles "Butch" Joeckel, Jr. Grandfather of eight; great-grandfather of ten. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Margaret Joeckel, as well as his first wife, Louvenia, to whom he was married for over 50 years. A special thanks to Holy Cross Hospice Family Nursing Care, Andrea, Coordinator, along with the nurses and caregivers, Abel, Alexandra, Amadu, Marcel, and Gisel.
