Edward McCloskey, Sr

On Friday, April 23, 2010 of Brentwood, MD. Loving and devoted husband of the late Annabel Lee McCloskey. Father of Edward J. (Rosalie), and he was preceded in death by sons William J. McCloskey and Charles W. Davis. Brother of Marie Breen, Madelyn Woodyard, and six other siblings who preceded him in death. Caring grandfather of Chuck, Whitney, Juanita, Laurie, Dawn, Gabrielle, Kimberly, Billy; 19 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild Kayden. He is also survived by Norma G. Gates, (who lived with the family for 61 years, and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and many close friends. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 28 at GASCH'S FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Ave., Hyattsville, MD from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Services be will be held on Thursday, April 29 at 11 am at Gasch's. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood, MD.
