On Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at the age of 72 of Hyattsville, Maryland. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elda Emma and Michael Leroy Collins.

A graveside ceremony was held at Washington National Cemetery, Suitland, Maryland on Tuesday, March 24 at 12:00 pm.
