On Tuesday, April 11, 2017 of College Park, MD. Loving father of Beverly Strunk, Fred, Jr., Roger, James, David, Jerry Ruleman, Bonnie Henderson, and Terry Gheen. Pop-Pop and Poppy of 26 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Brother of Eugene Ruleman. He was preceded in death by his two wives, Geraldine M. and Maryl G. Ruleman, as well as his daughters Patricia Edinger and Sherry Nelson, and his brothers, Lee, Carl, and Edward Ruleman. Friends may call at Gasch’s Funeral Home, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville, MD on Thursday, April 13 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM, where a service will be held on Friday, April 14 at 10 AM.
