Gilbert Minor

On Thursday July 14,2011 of Silver Spring MD peacefully passed. Oldest of six children to the late Anderson Minor and Helen Lancaster. He is survived by brothers, Anderson, James, Timothy and sister, Miriam. He is also survived by his wife Estelle Minor, daughters, Lori Lopez and Maria Britten and grandchildren Lena Maher and Teagan Britten. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 23 at 10 am at Simpson-Hamline United Methodist Church, 4501 16th St. NW., Washington, DC with service at 11am. * Gils dreams were few, but mighty* To be a father, He asked the lord *Twice rewarded with Lori and Maria* and with Lena and Teagen made four* Meek and mild yet wise he was* and now he dwells with the lord.
