Guy Ferguson

Guy A. Ferguson of Silver Spring, MD, passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2022. Guy was predeceased by his beloved parents, Guy and Ann Ferguson, and his adored brother, Timothy Ferguson. He is survived by his sister, Mary Ann (Bill) Cecil. Guy was born in Washington, DC, and raised in Mount Rainier, MD. He was a graduate of Archbishop Carroll High School and Villanova University. Guy was a kind, generous and loving individual, who was always available for anyone in need. He was blessed with a multitude of cherished friends throughout his life. His sense of humor was unmatched and would put a smile on the faces of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed. Visitation will be held at Gasch’s Funeral Home, 4739 Baltimore Ave., Hyattsville, MD, on Wednesday, September 7 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 8, at 11:00 am at St. James Catholic Church, 3628 Rhode Island Ave., Mount Rainier, MD 20712. Interment at Fort Lincoln Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. James Catholic Church.
