Harrison Gore, Jr

On May 11, 2008, of Cheverly, Maryland, as a result of a brain injury he sustained on March 1st. He is survived by his beloved wife, Edna, of almost 65 years; 4 children, Edna Leimbach (Gordon) of Germantown, MD, H. Rodgers Gore, III (Ginger) of Houston, TX, Christopher Gore (Janet) of Elk Grove Village, IL, and Henry Gore (Gail) of LaGrange, IN; 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Also survived by a brother, Frederick S. Gore of Williamsburg, VA, three nieces and one nephew. Mr. Gore, a veteran of WWII who served in the Canal Zone, spent his early years in sales work and later worked for the postal service.
