On Friday, February 17, 2017 of Bowie, MD. Beloved husband of Marlene Loor. Loving father of Kristen (Jack) Plumley and Kevin (Valencia Morton) Loor. Son of James A. Loor, Sr., and the late Patricia Loor. Brother of Robin (Tommy) Adkins. Grandfather of Ethan and Lily Plumley and Violet Morton-Loor. Preceded in death by his brother-in-law William R. Shrewsbury, and sister-in-law Mary Freeman. Friends may call at Gasch's Funeral Home, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville, MD on Monday, February 20 from 5 to 8 PM, where a service will be held on Tuesday, February 21 at 10 AM. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to a charity of one's choice.
