Jay Chambers Jr

October 10, 1959 — February 4, 2015

Bo passed away peacefully surrounded by family in the early morning of Wednesday, February 4th, 2015 in Landover Hills, MD. Born on October 10th, 1959 in Brentwood, MD. Son of Clara Chambers and the late Jay Lake Chambers, Sr. Loving father of Jay Lake Chambers, III and Joelle Chambers. Brother of Pam (Tom) Chase, Johnny (Deanna) Chambers, Rita (Rod) Peck, Joey Chambers and Tracy Chambers. Also surviving are his nephews, George and Jason Stebbing, Johnathon Chambers, Luke and Joseph Chambers and Mathew Chambers, nieces Crystal Chaney and Chrissy Chambers. 14 great nieces and nephews as well as many aunts and uncles. Jay was a skilled carpenter and liked to tinker with everything. He loved to be comical, loved life and never met a stranger. He had a huge heart, always managed to get family together to treat them to crab feasts and cookouts. He very often had a camera in his hand catching everyone at their best and worse embarrassing moments. Bo, you are forever loved and will be missed!! Friends may call at Gasch's Funeral Home, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville, MD on Monday, February 9th from 10am until time of service at 12pm. Interment Brightview Cemetery, Warrenton. VA.
