On Thursday, June 11, 2009. Resident of Arnold, MD, formerly of Rogers Heights, MD. Beloved husband of Sharon A. Spicer. Devoted father of three children, Diane, Andrew and Julie. Brother of James L. Spicer Jr., William O. Spicer, Nancy L. Brumit, Susan J. Gehring, and Kathleen J. Blake, also survived by many nieces and nephews. Interment will follow at Ft. Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood, MD. Memorial contributions can be made in his name to Berwyn Baptist Church.
