Joseph Amico

On September 14th, 2016, at the age of 89. Beloved husband of Peggy Amico. Stepfather of Kent (Cassandra) Bauman; grandfather of Josephine and Victoria Bauman. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Rosario and Gaetano Amico, and his parents, who migrated from Sicily, Italy, Luigi and Calogera (Anzalone) Amico. Joseph was a Math teacher at DeMatha High School in Hyattsville, MD. Friends may call at the LT (SEAL) Brendan Looney Convocation Center, 4318 Madison Street, Hyattsville, MD 20781 on Sunday, September 25th from 2:00 p.m. until time of Mass at 4:00 p.m. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the DeMatha Senior Booster Club in care of DeMatha High School, 4318 Madison Street, Hyattsville, MD 20781.
