On Wednesday, July 31, 2013 of Laurel, MD, formerly of Washington, D.C. Beloved father of Carol Lynn Winter. Loving grandfather of William Joseph Winter and Allycia Gabrielle Mathis. Brother of Mary C. Newman, Barbara A. Clifton, Patricia J. Winter, James A. Winter, Kathleen D. Adams, Sharon M. Winter, Robert C. Winter, Karen S. Malafy, Tony M. Winter, and the late Harry William Winter and Richard Paul Winter. Son of the late Joseph and Catherine Winter. He is survived by several nieces and nephews.
