Joyce Hunter

Joyce Ann Hunter, age 81, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 19, 2019 at her home in Baltimore, Maryland. Her loving family surrounded her. Joyce was born November 28, 1937 in Washington, D.C. to William and Idell Thomas (Spindle). She married Donald Wallace Hunter on September 5, 1959 in Washington, D.C. and they moved to Hyattsville, Maryland. She lovingly raised three children – Richard Dean Hunter, Jeffrey Douglas Hunter, Sr., and Deborah Ann Hunter. Joyce truly lived life to the fullest through the simple things; trips with her husband, spending time with family and friends, and helping raise her grandchildren, Christina Lorena Hunter and Jeffrey Douglas Hunter, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Donald; a sister Janet Brown; a sister Dale Taylor; her three children, and two grandchildren; Please contact the family regarding Celebration of Life.
