Lucy Krug

Lucy Ada Krug of Laurel, Maryland, passed away on September 24, 2021. Loving wife of James E. Krug, Jr. for 63 years and Mother of Barbara Whitehead and sons: James (Jim/Skeek), Raymond (Ray/Theresa), William (Billy/Kim), Phil and John (Jody); Grandmother to 11 (Robbie & Randy Whitehead, Kevin & Kelly Bernhardt, Nicole & Crystal Krug, Billy & Emily Krug, Brandi Krug, Emerson & Jack Krug); and Great Grandmother to 8 (Jessica, Westin, Sara, Walker & Cameron Whitehead and Mackenzie, Jacob, and Madalyn Krug). She was preceded in death by her husband (Jim), 2 sons (Jim & Ray), and a granddaughter (Crystal). Miss Lucy was a devoted Catholic and part of the Resurrection of Our Lord Family. She was loved and will be missed by many.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday (09/29) from 4 to 8 PM at Gasch’s Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday (09/30) at 10AM at Resurrection of Our Lord, 8402 Brock Bridge Road, Laurel, MD. Interment at Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood, MD.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
