Margaret Evans

Margaret Ann Evans, 88, from Waldorf, MD died after a short illness on Saturday, May 5, 2007 at the Waldorf Center Genesis Health Care. She was born in Mountsville, Virginia and lived most of her adult life in Maryland with her husband of 68 years, James Evans. She was retired as a secretary for the National Labor Relations Board in Washington, D.C. and enjoyed her retirement spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Lottie Presgraves, her brother Samuel (Buddy) Presgraves, and her sister Eleanor (Pinkie) Franke. She is survived by her husband, James, her daughter and son-in-law Patty and Robert Pech, her sons and daughters-in-law Dave and Betty Evans, Bob and Cathy Evans, and Ricky and Cheryl Evans, her sister Nancy Scott, and her brother and sister-in-law Tommy and Raejean Presgraves. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends at Gasch's Funeral Home P.A. on Tuesday May 8, 2007 from 2-4Pm and 6-9PM, where service will be held on Wednesday May 9, 2007 at 1:00PM. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
