Marie was famous for many things - for her generosity to the food bank and the Christmas tree project at her churches, for her beautiful garden, for the flower arrangements she provided for hundreds of wedding receptions, for the creative cookies she baked, for her Halloween costumes, for always sending a birthday card to everyone she ever knew and most of all, for her wonderful hats.
