On Saturday, March 26, 2011 of University Park. Daughter of Whiteford Lee and Alma Baker. Loving wife of Charles T. Raabe, their romance began on Wednesday, October 11, 1950 around 7 pm. Their love affair lasted 60 consecutive New Years Celebrations. Sister to Anna Lee Faust; Loving Mother of Ken, Lyn, Michael, and Beth; Doting Grandma to Bryant, Christopher, Victoria, Justin, David, Adam, Regina, Alina and Holden, Precious Great to Cole. Alpha Chi Omega sorority member, 1954 U. of MD graduate - BS., Textiles and Clothing. Married Ted on Dec. 19, 1954, in U. of MD Chapel. She was an accomplished seamstress and enjoyed sewing clothes, knitting sweaters and afghans for family, as well as needlepoint art to hang on the wall. Our champion who always supported us in any of our endeavors has left us too soon. The family will receive guests at Gasch's Funeral Home P.A., 4739 Baltimore Ave., Hyattsville, MD on Wednesday, March 30 from 5 to 8 pm. Another viewing will be held at Sutton Funeral Home, 708 W. McGregor St., Pageland, SC. on Friday, April 1 from 5 to 8 pm. Funeral service and burial will be held on Saturday, April 2 at 2 pm at Angelus M.E. Church, Angelus, SC.
