Murriel B. "Jonsey" Jones died August 10, 2007 at his home in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
He was a retired U.S. Navy Petty Officer GMG1. He was the husband of the late
Louella M. Jones.
Mr. Jones is survived by his son, Bryan C. Jones; grandchildren Bryan C. Jones, his wife, Amy, and Justin K. Jones; and great-granddaughter Lexie Jones. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, August 14, at Gasch's Funeral Home, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville, Maryland, where his funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 15, 2007. A service of committal will follow at Fort Lincoln Cemetery in Brentwood, Maryland.
