Pamela Griffith

Pamela Michelle Griffith passed away suddenly, of natural causes, on August 17th, 2022. She was born March 7, 1978 and grew up in Freehold, NJ. After graduating high school, Pam attended the University of Maryland and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2000. She became a lifelong Terp and spent the rest of her days living close by, in College Park, MD, with her husband, Pete, and their beloved cats. You could find her anytime of the year at UMD cheering on the Terps, especially their soccer team. She loved spending her free time with her close friends and family, whether dining out, watching the Giants or Yankees play, or dancing at a country concert. Pam was a dedicated and loving wife, cat mom, granddaughter, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend.  She is survived by her husband, Pete Griffith and their family.

A memorial in celebration of Pam’s life will be held on Saturday, November 19tth, 2022 from 1-3pm at the University of Maryland Memorial Chapel for friends and family. Food and drinks will be provided. Terps attire welcomed.
