Patricia Lynch

On Saturday, October 27, 2018 of Riverdale, MD. Beloved mother of Harry T. (Debbi Kent) Lynch, Jr. and John E. Lynch. Loving grandmother of Brian, Kelli, Travis, and Lauren Lynch. Great-grandmother of Dominik, Alexis, Adrianna, Taylor, Christopher, and Aurora. She was preceded in death by her son, Thomas K. Lynch, her daughter-in-law, Debbie Lynch, and her two sisters, Ella May Brown, and Lillian Tisdel. Friends may call at Gasch’s Funeral Home, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville, MD on Thursday, November 1 from 7 to 9 PM, where a service will be offered on Friday, November 2 at 11 AM. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.

Patricia was an amazing woman. She always wore a contagious smile with a twinkle in her eyes.  She was always well-dressed for any occasion, and hands down gave the best hugs and kisses that any mother or grandmother would give. She had a fighting spirit her whole life, shared with many moments of laughter amongst her family. She raised three sons in her suburban Riverdale home of many years. My father John, my uncle Harry, and my uncle Tom, all of her sons worked hard to make a living and provided for the family, all the while respecting her as their mother.

When my father John married my mother Debi, she gave birth to Lauren and I (Travis). My uncle Harry also had two children, Brian and Kelli, in which all gave her tremendous joy with all the grandchildren that followed. She loved to spend time with the family, whether it was a weekend visit at Grandma’s house or at the Lynch homes in Arnold and Bowie. We always celebrated on special occasions, birthdays, graduations, baptisms, and for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. Her presence in the family was prominent and known. We will always love and remember her stories of her golden years.

May God bless Patricia our mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. We love you forever and always. We will see you again in heaven. Until then, we know you will always be watching over us.
