Pregilio O. Juanitez

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Pregilio Ordinario Juanitez, once a brilliant lawyer in his home country, beloved parent, loving husband, cherished grandparent and adored friend. He passed away peacefully on December 24, 2024 at the age of 75. 

Born on the 26th day of January in the Philippines, Gil as he was fondly called by his dear loved ones, migrated to the US in 1987, seeking a better life for him and his family. 

In his younger days as a profound lawyer, Gil tirelessly advocated for justice, helping countless individuals navigate the complexities of the legal system. He was known for his integrity, empathy and sharp intellect. 

Beyond his professional achievements, family was still his priority. Sacrificing his career, his decision to migrate was beyond love. For being a loving and devoted father and cherished grandfather, his children will continue to honor his legacy by carrying forward the values of hard work, kindness and perseverance he instilled in them. 

Pregilio’s passing leaves a deep void in the lives of all who knew him, but the impact of his life will never be forgotten.
