On April 1, 2011, at age 64, of Mount Rainier, MD. Loving wife of Edward J. McCloskey, mother of Juanita Mayes and her husband, Douglas Norway; sister of Bobbie (Pat) O'Brien, Peggy (Tommy) Mote, step-sister of Clara (Howard) Stancil. Two grandchildren, Rose McCloskey and Alora Jackson; and one great-grandson, Kayden Anna also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents, Juanita and James Wheeler; four sisters, Gloria Johnson, Judy Gromis, Shirly Stutts and Ruby Mumfort; and two brothers, Henry Fields and Roy Jacobs. Family and friends are invited to share in Rosalie's Life Celebration at GASCH'S FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville, MD on Tuesday, April 5th from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm where services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 am. Burial at a later date.
