Sandra Redwine

Sandra Marie Redwine of Glen Burnie, MD, died Wednesday, August 20, 2008. She was born June 28, 1943 in Washington, DC, a daughter of Hazel Melba Marks and John Lewis Marks. She was a homemaker who cared for her six children. She cherished every moment she spent with her children and grandchildren. She would always comfort her children in the ups and downs of life. No matter what the situation, she always knew how to make us feel better and smile again. (The Power of a Mothers Love).

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Bruce Redwine, her six children and their spouses; Marie Harbison, Carolyn and James Frend, Dolores Redwine, Bruce Redwine, Jr., Hazel Redwine, and Thomas and Katie Redwine. Surviving siblings and spouses are Melba Beuchert, Alfred and Ann Marks, Robert and Sharon Marks, and Charlotte and Bobby Bate. She has 24 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren who she loved very much. Friends and relatives may call on Friday, August 22, 2008 from 6 to 9 p.m at Gasch's Funeral Home, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville, MD 20781, where services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Interment Meadow Ridge Cemetery.
