Francis loved to talk! Most times with no filter, but he was always straight with you. He loved to party, on the weekends you can find him at a local soca/calypso lounge or hosting a cookout. At work, he would always provide speeches to coworkers during birthdays, transfers, retirement parties, just about anywhere he was able to speak. Francis had a lot of friends over the years from neighbors to politicians near and far.  In his spare time, you can find him fixing friends and family cars. Once he got older, he would sit outside with his sons as they fixed their cars.
