On September 10, 2016, in Eldersburg MD, at the age of 59. He is survived by his son, Terrence Patrick Burt, step-daughters, Kimberley Eastwood and Jennifer Sheckels, brothers, Michael E. Burt, Kevin J. Burt, and sister, Janet M. Burt. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley L. and Violet K. Burt of Riverdale, MD. Friends may call at Gasch's Funeral Home, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville, MD on Tuesday, September 20 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm, where a service will be held on Wednesday, September 21 at 11 am. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
