Baldwin and brother of Francis "Frannie" Pope. Relatives and friends are invited to join in Thomas' Life Celebration at Gasch's Funeral Home P.A., 4739 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville, MD on Friday, July 30th from 7 to 9 pm and on Saturday, July 31 from 10 am until time of service at 11:00 am. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery Brentwood, Maryland.
