Virginia Marie Flick (Age 93)
On Monday, November 23, 2015 of Silver Spring, MD, formerly of Hyattsville, MD. She is survived by her daughters Joan (Joe) Lanning and Eileen (Vic) Krause; grandchildren Bill (Claudette) and Rick (Rachel) Lanning and Erik (Ellery) and Adam (Cameron) Krause; her great-grandchildren, Austin, Marshall, Spencer, Gavin and Marina Lanning and Caroline, Olivia, Avory and Shane Krause. Also survived by her sister Helen Negus. She was predeceased in death by her husband John E. Flick, and her brothers Robert and Ralph Negus. Family and friends may call at Gasch's Funeral Home, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville, MD on Sunday, November 29th from 2-4 and 6-8 pm where an Eastern Star service will be held at 7pm. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 3rd at 10 am at the Riderwood Chapel, 3110 Gracefield Road, Silver Spring, MD. Donations may be made in her name to the Riderwood Benevolent Care Fund, Village Square, 3110 Gracefield Rd., Silver Spring, MD 20904 or the Muscular Dystrophy Association, PO Box 97075, Washington, DC 20077. Burial private.
