On February 6, 2008, of New Carrollton. Beloved wife for 59 years of Robert M. Smith; mother of Susan Smith, Leslie Decater, and Sharon Smith; also survived by six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frances and Donald Roberts. After raising her family, she worked at the University of Maryland in the Psychology Department.
